摘要
随着传统燃油汽车的不断发展和普及,车辆尾气排放给环境带来日益加重的压力,同时也面临着石油资源日益枯竭的挑战,因此电池的健康管理变得愈发至关重要.因此,本文提出了电动汽车电池健康状态的在线监测与预警.通过安装在电池单元上的传感器,将采集到的数据通过BMS进行处理,利用数据分析技术,根据数据分析结果,评估电池的健康状态.基于在线监测的数据,对电池的健康状态进行评估,并在发现潜在问题时提前发出预警.此外,该方法通过无线传输方式实时传输到车辆监控数据平台,为电池故障诊断和预警提供有力支持.
Abstract
With the continuous development and popularization of traditional fuel vehicles,vehicle exhaust emissions bring increasing pressure to the environment,and at the same time,it is also facing the challenge of depletion of petroleum resources,so the health management of batteries has become more and more important.Therefore,this paper proposes online monitoring and early warning of the health status of electric vehicle batteries.The collected data is processed by the BMS by sensors mounted on the battery cells,and the health status of the battery is evaluated based on the data analysis results using data analysis technology.Based on the data monitored online,the health status of the battery is evaluated,and early warnings are issued when potential problems are found.In addition,the method is transmitted to the vehicle monitoring data platform in real time through wireless transmission,which provides strong support for battery fault diagnosis and early warning.
