摘要
随着新能源汽车产业不断壮大,新能源汽车使用安全问题日益突出,严重威胁着驾乘人员的生命财产安全,制约了新能源汽车产业发展.而新能源动汽车的故障通常发生在车辆整车控制器(VCU)、整车局域网络(CAN)、充电系统等模块.通过对维护与故障诊断技术研究,实现对车辆故障的快速检修,从而提高新能源汽车的服务质量.文章通过 2021 款大众I.D4 CROZZ车辆进行故障诊断排除,给出故障诊断思路,为维修技术人员提供故障处理办法.
Abstract
With the continuous growth of the new energy vehicle industry,the safety of new energy vehicles is becoming increasingly prominent,which seriously threatens the life and property safety of drivers and passengers,and restricts the development of the new energy vehicle industry.The failure of new energy vehicles usually occurs in modules such as vehicle controller(VCU),vehicle local area network(CAN),and charging system.Through the research of maintenance and fault diagnosis technology,the rapid maintenance of vehicle faults can be realized,so as to improve the service quality of new energy vehicles.The article uses the 2021 Volkswagen I.D4 CROZZ vehicle to diagnose and troubleshoot,gives fault diagnosis ideas,and provides fault handling methods for maintenance technicians.
