摘要
为探究高速公路隧道运营安全风险因素和防控策略,通过分析高速公路隧道运营事故特性,从隧道土建结构、车辆、道路状况、人、管理水平等 5 方面解析隧道运营安全影响因素及作用机理,提出行之有效的防控策略.对提高隧道运营的安全性、降低事故发生率和减轻事故严重性具有重要意义.
Abstract
In order to explore the safety risk factors and prevention and control strategies of highway tunnel operation,this paper analyzes the influencing factors and mechanism of tunnel operation safety from five aspects,including tunnel civil structure,vehicles,road conditions,personnel and management level,and proposes effective prevention and control strategies.It is of great significance to improve the safety of tunnel operation,reduce the accident rate and reduce the severity of accidents.
