Abstract
This paper describes the development status of Wuxi semiconductor equipment industry,deeply analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the semiconductor equipment industry,and discusses the development path of Wuxi semiconductor equipment industry,such as carrying out key core technology research,introducing a number of domestic and foreign semiconductor equipment leading enterprises,introducing and training professional talents.
