摘要
文章结合智能制造产业的发展需求、面临的机遇和挑战进一步审视新阶段人才培养的背景,以智能网联汽车专业群建设为研究对象,以高技能人才培养为抓手,探索和实践了基于"岗课赛证融通"的智能网联汽车专业群人才培养模式,为智能网联汽车专业群高技能人才培养模式的创新提供参考.
Abstract
Combined with the development needs,opportunities and challenges of the intelligent manufacturing industry,this paper further examines the background of talent training in the new stage,takes the construction of intelligent networked vehicle professional group as the research object,and takes the training of high-skilled talents as the starting point,explores and practices the talent training model of intelligent networked vehicle professional group based on"job-class competition certificate integration",and provides a reference for the innovation of the training mode of high-skilled talents in intelligent networked vehicle professional group.
