基于成果导向教育理念的汽车制造工艺学课程教学改革

摘要
作为汽车行业竞争主战场,汽车生产领域智能装备、高新技术的不断引进,使专业技术人才缺口越来越大.为助力培养优秀汽车生产制造工艺工程师,针对现有学情,基于OBE教学理念,对车辆工程专业核心课汽车制造工艺学进行课程改革.以学生学习成果的目标导向,借鉴知识图谱优势、融合CDIO工程训练思想,采用项目驱动与全程多维考核方式,构建具有实时反馈的理论与实践教学多闭环实施链路.将学生学习情况作为反馈因素及时调整教学方法和手段,不断提高课程教学质量,实现学生综合素质与工程应用能力的全面培养,为未来职业发展打下坚实的基础.
Abstract
As the main battlefield of competition in the automotive industry,the continuous introduction of intelligent equipment and high-tech in the automotive production field has led to an increasing shortage of professional and technical talents.To assist in the cultivation of excellent automotive manufacturing process engineers,based on the OBE teaching philosophy,a curriculum reform has been carried out on the core course of automotive manufacturing technology in the field of vehicle engineering.Guided by the goal of student learning outcomes,drawing on the advantages of knowledge graphs and integrating CDIO engineering training ideas,adopting project driven and multi-dimensional assessment methods throughout the process,a multi loop implementation chain of theoretical and practical teaching with real-time feedback is constructed,so as to timely adjust teaching methods and means based on student learning as a feedback factor,continuously improve the quality of course teaching,achieve comprehensive cultivation of students'comprehensive quality and engineering application ability,and lay a solid foundation for future career development.
