摘要
"三教改革"背景下"数控加工工艺"课程改革探索与实践是深化校企合作,对标 1+X证书考核标准的重要手段,文章通过融入思政元素,基于工作过程,任务驱动,修订"基础共享、核心分立、拓展互选"的课程标准;探究结构化教师团队和高素质"双师"队伍的培养路径;开发"课证融通、教培共用、育训一体"的模块化、职群化活页式教案;实施基于"两引一导"的多元教学模式.通过课程标准的修订,教师团队、教学内容、教学模式的改革,提升人才培养质量,输出陕西方案.
Abstract
The exploration and practice of curriculum reform in"CNC Machining Technology"under the background of"Three-Teaching Reform"is an important means to deepen school-enterprise cooperation and align with the assessment standards of 1+X certificates.This article integrates ideological and political elements,revises the curriculum standards of"basic sharing,core separation,and expansion mutual selection"based on the work process and task-driven approach.It explores the cultivation path of a structured teacher team and a high-quality"dual-teacher"team.Modularized,vocational group-oriented,and loose-leaf teaching plans that integrate courses,certificates,teaching,training,and education are developed.A diversified teaching model based on"two introductions and one guidance"is implemented.Through the revision of curriculum standards,the reform of teacher teams,teaching content,and teaching models,the quality of talent cultivation is improved,and the Shaanxi plan is output.
