摘要
汽车专业作为我国职业教育中的一个重要学科门类,其人才培养的质量关乎经济社会的发展.目前,我国高职院校大学生的整体水平参差不齐,高职汽车专业作为典型的"工学交替"专业,对人才培养的改革创新更是迫在眉睫.为了适应人才培养的需求,文章对高职汽车专业开展"岗课赛证"融合 的人才培养改革创新研究不够系统深入,以提高学生职业技能,适应时代的发展.
Abstract
As an important discipline in vocational education in China,the quality of talent training is related to the development of economy and society.At present,the overall level of college students in China's higher vocational colleges is uneven,and the reform and innovation of talent training is even more imminent for the reform and innovation of higher vocational automobile majors,as a typical"alternating between engineering and learning".In order to meet the needs of talent training,this paper systematically and deeply carries out the reform and innovation research on the talent training reform and innovation of the integration of"job course competition certificate"in higher vocational automobile majors,so as to improve students'vocational skills and adapt to the development of the times.
