摘要
针对目前高校FSAE车队在运行中存在的诸如成员协作、沟通、共享导致的运作效率低下、创新能力不足等问题,文章参照先进企业团队管理模式,根据FSAE车队特点,提出扁平制车队组织架构以及运行管理制度.对某高校车队进行实证研究,运用PDCA循环找出创新能力影响因素.利用OWA算子的多属性决策理论,构建FSAE车队的团队创新能力评价指标的数学体系.文章为高校FSAE车队的团队建设及创新能力的提升提供理论依据.
Abstract
In view of the problems existing in the operation of the FSAE team,suc as low efficiency,lack of creative ability leading by member cooperation,communication and sharing.Referring to the enterprise team management model,this paper puts forward flat organizational structure and operation management system.Using PDCA cycle to do empirical research on a FSAE team,find out the influencing factors of innovation ability.The multiple attribute decision making theory based on OWA operator is used to construct the mathematical system of FSAE innovation capability evaluation index.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the team building and innovative ability improvement of FSAE team in universities.
