摘要
文章以高职专业课程教学改革为中心,围绕"岗课赛证"在高职专业课程中的融通育人进行学生成长成才个性化发展研究,根据学生成长成才需求探索分层育人在专业课程教学中的有效路径.从"岗课赛证"融通的分层育人研究背景整体设计、实践路径、总结与反思四个方面进行阐述.挖掘基于岗课、课证、课赛融通的分层技能训练来满足不同学习基础的学生学习需求,以提高课程改革实效,提升学生专业技能.
Abstract
This paper focuses on the teaching reform of higher vocational professional courses,focuses on the integration and education of"post course competition certificate"in higher vocational professional courses,conducts research on the personalized development of students'growth and success,and explores the effective path of hierarchical education in the teaching of professional courses according to the needs of students'growth and success.This paper expounds the research background,overall design,practice path,summary and reflection of the hierarchical education research background of the integration of the"post course competition certificate"to excavate hierarchical skill training based on the integration of post courses,course certificates,and course competitions to meet the learning needs of students with different learning bases,so as to improve the effectiveness of curriculum reform and enhance students'professional skills.
