摘要
针对"机车行车安全与设备"课程数字思政场景开发与应用过程中面临的教学资源、教学实践和教学评价三方面问题,从铁路机务岗位人才能力培养的内涵出发,在对接岗位标准化的作业流程中开发数字化场景资源,依托国家级虚拟仿真实训基地开展基于数字化场景的教学实践,设计面向场景的过程学习体系和智能评价算法,通过数字思政场景的开发与应用提升铁路机务岗位人才培养实效.
Abstract
In response to the three problems faced in the development and application of digital ideological and educational scenarios in the course of"Locomotive Driving Safety and Equipment Operation",including teaching resources,teaching practices and teaching evaluations,starting from the connotation of talent cultivation in railway locomotive positions,digital resources are developed in the standardized operation process of docking positions,teaching practices based on digital scenarios are carried out in the national virtual simulation training base,and a process learning system and intelligent evaluation algorithm for ideological and educational scenes are designed to improve the effectiveness of talent cultivation in railway maintenance positions through the development and application of digital scenarios.
