摘要
随着城市化的进程,城市轨道交通逐渐成为城市公共交通的重要组成部分.现今许多大中城市纷纷建立起城市轨道交通体系,以促进和完善城市基本框架的建设.计算机、人工智能的出现,也促使城市轨道交通走向一个信息化、智能化的新发展方向,但同时城市轨道交通也面临着新的挑战.城市轨道交通体系由于其大体量、高运速、多维保的特性,企业对技能人才的专业技能和综合素质的要求也相对较高,高素质,强技能的人才更容易获得企业的青睐.
Abstract
With the process of urbanization,urban rail transit has gradually become an important part of urban public transportation.Nowadays,many large and medium-sized cities have established urban rail transit systems to promote and improve the construction of urban basic framework.The emergence of computers and artificial intelligence has also promoted urban rail transit to a new development direction of informatization and intelligence,but at the same time,urban rail transit is also facing new challenges.Due to its large volume,high speed and multi-maintenance characteristics,the urban rail transit system has relatively high requirements for the professional skills and comprehensive quality of skilled talents,and high-quality and highly skilled talents are more likely to be favored by enterprises.
