摘要
本研究以产教融合为理论基础,分析了高职院校装备制造类专业实训基地建设的现状,提出了基于产教融合的高职院校装备制造类专业实训基地建设的策略.通过学校与企业共建实训基地,实训教学内容与产业需求对接,加强师资培训和技术创新,实现产业与教育的深度融合.以建立产教融合长效机制,引入先进设备、创新实训教学模式,有效提升学生实践能力,为学生提供广泛就业机会,满足装备制造行业对人才的需求.基于产教融合的实训基地建设为高职院校装备制造专业提供了可行的发展模式.
Abstract
This study is based on the theory of integration of industry and education,and analyzes the current situation of the construction of training bases for equipment manufacturing specialties in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the strategy of training base construction for equipment manufacturing specialties in higher vocational colleges based on the integration of industry and education.Through the construction of training bases by schools and enterprises,the teaching content of practical training is docked with the industrial demand,and the teacher training and technological innovation are strengthened to realize the deep integration of industry and education.In order to establish a long-term mechanism of integration of industry and education,the introduction of advanced equipment and innovative teaching mode of practical training can effectively improve students'practical ability,provide students with a wide range of employment opportunities,and meet the demand for talents in the equipment manufacturing industry.The construction of training bases based on the integration of industry and education provides a feasible development mode for the equipment manufacturing specialty in higher vocational colleges.
