摘要
文章为避免商用卡车转向悬架的运动干涉问题,在工作中逐渐探索并使用多体分析软件ADAMS car 2021,建立了某重卡前双轴转向及其悬架系统的多体模型,采用仿真手段对转向悬架运动干涉所涉及的几个工况进行仿真,并建立了前一轴、前二轴运动干涉的参变量函数作为两个优化目标,以及与其目标相关的变量参数,采用合适的优化算法分析出各参变量的灵敏度数据,据此再对转向悬架运动干涉问题进行了进一步的优化分析,然后据分析结果向底盘部输入了转向悬架系统的最佳硬点布局数据,此后经三维软件DUM模块进行了相关工况的运动分析和验证,确认了输入的硬点布置数据合理有效.
Abstract
To avoid the issue of motion interference in the steering suspension of commercial trucks,this paper gradually explores and utilizes the multi-body analysis software ADAMS car 2021 in the work.A multi-body model of the front dual-axle steering and suspension system of a heavy truck is established.Simulation methods are adopted to simulate several operating conditions involved in the steering suspension motion interference.Parametric functions for motion interference of the first and second axles are established as two optimization objectives,along with variable parameters related to these objectives.An appropriate optimization algorithm is used to analyze the sensitivity data of each parameter.Based on this,further optimization analysis is conducted on the steering suspension motion interference.Then,according to the analysis results,the optimal hard point layout data of the steering suspension system is input to the chassis department.Subsequently,motion analysis and verification of relevant operating conditions are performed using the 3D software DUM module,confirming that the input hard point layout data is reasonable and effective.
