摘要
本研究探讨了基于模块化设计的机械生产系统优化策略,分析了模块化设计在提高生产效率、降低成本、提升产品质量等方面的显著优势.通过将机械系统分解为标准化、可重用的模块,各模块的独立设计、制造和测试简化了生产过程,减少了系统整体设计的复杂性和工作量.模块化设计的过程中常使用系统分析、仿真模拟和设计优化等方法,以及同步使用CAD、CAE和PLM等工具进行模块化设计和优化.本研究表明,模块化设计不仅提高了生产系统的效益和竞争力,还为未来的智能制造和可持续发展奠定了基础.
Abstract
This study delves into the optimization strategies of mechanical production systems based on modular design,elucidating the profound advantages of this approach in enhancing production efficiency,cost reduction,and product quality enhancement.By dissecting the mechanical system into standardized,reusable modules,the independent design,manufacturing,and testing of each module streamline the production process,mitigating the complexity and workload of the overall system design.The modular design process frequently employs methodologies such as system analysis,simulation modeling,and design optimization,alongside the concurrent utilization of tools like CAD,CAE,and PLM for modular design and optimization.This research underscores that modular design not only elevates the efficiency and competitiveness of production systems but also lays a solid foundation for future smart manufacturing and sustainable development.
