摘要
本研究旨在探讨铝合金汽车车身TIG点塞焊修复工艺,以提高修复效率和质量.铝合金因其轻质和高强度特性,在汽车制造业中得到广泛应用,但修复工作面临挑战.通过TIG点塞焊技术,实现对受损汽车车身的高效修复.针对奥迪A6L轿车门板的修复试验,详细介绍了修复准备、工艺卡指导和施工过程.通过精确控制焊接参数和技巧,能够有效提升焊接接头的质量,满足修复标准.采用TIG点塞焊修复工艺,不仅能确保修复后的门板外观和结构符合要求,还能提高修复工作的安全性和可靠性.
Abstract
This study aims to explore the TIG plug welding repair process for aluminum alloy automotive body,in order to improve repair efficiency and quality.Aluminum alloys are widely used in the automotive manufacturing industry due to their lightweight and high-strength characteristics,but repair work faces challenges.By using TIG plug welding technology,efficient repair of damaged car bodies can be achieved.This article provides a detailed introduction to the repair preparation,process card guidance,and construction process for the door panels of Audi A6L sedan.By precisely controlling welding parameters and techniques,the quality of welded joints can be effectively improved to meet repair standards.The use of TIG plug welding repair process not only ensures that the appearance and structure of the repaired door panel meet the requirements,but also improves the safety and reliability of the repair work.
