摘要
为了有效适应日益增长的气门材料性能挑战,确保汽车发动机运行的持续可靠性,文章深入探讨了当前气门材料的前沿动态,以及对主流气门钢摩擦学特性的深入探究.我们系统梳理了各种表面工程策略在提升气门减摩耐磨能力中的关键角色,如精密的表面淬火、物理机械强化、先进激光处理以及高效热喷涂技术的应用.最终,文章对未来气门减摩抗磨技术的创新应用前景进行了前瞻性的展望.
Abstract
To effectively adapt to the increasing performance challenges of valve materials and ensure the continuous reliability of automobile engine operation,this paper deeply discusses the cutting-edge trends of current valve materials and the in-depth exploration of the tribological properties of mainstream valve steels.We systematically tease out the key roles of various surface engineering strategies in improving the friction and wear resistance of valves,such as precision surface hardening,physical and mechanical strengthening,advanced laser treatment,and the application of high-efficiency thermal spray technology.Finally,this paper makes a forward-looking prospect for the innovative application of valve anti-friction and anti-wear technology in the future.
