汽车发动机缸体轻量化分析

摘要
文章以汽车发动机缸体为研究对象,从轻量化材料角度出发,对发动机缸体进行建模和网格划分,并在ANSYS软件中,对发动机缸体赋予HT250 灰铸铁材料和 6111 铝合金材料,进行静力学分析和模态分析,通过对比分析,发现使用6111铝合金材料可以达到轻量化效果.
Abstract
This article takes the automotive engine cylinder block as the research object.Starting from the perspective of lightweight materials,the study models and meshes the engine cylinder block.In ANSYS software,HT250 gray cast iron material and 6111 aluminum alloy material are assigned to the engine cylinder block for static and modal analysis.Through comparative analysis,it is found that using 6111 aluminum alloy material can achieve lightweight effect.
