摘要
整车耐久耐候是汽车关键属性,通过工程化的手段对耐久耐候工况进行标准化编制,是制定整车试验标准的流程.本文通过某试验场对特定耐久耐候工况后的试验结果进行分析,得到一些工况贡献损伤的结论,对标准制定提供一定程度的参考.同时,对现行各类评价标准进行分析,得出使用方向建议.
Abstract
Vehicle durability and weathering is the key attribute of the automobile,and the standardization of durability and weathering conditions through engineering means is the process of formulating vehicle test standards.In this paper,the test results of a test site after specific durability and weathering conditions are analyzed,and the conclusions of some working conditions contribute to damage are obtained,which provides a certain degree of reference for the formulation of standards.At the same time,the current evaluation criteria are analyzed,and suggestions on the direction of use are obtained.
