摘要

文章基于西门子 LMS测试设备和软件,通过对某自主品牌四缸发动机"哒哒声"敲击异响的时域/频域信号分析确定异响响应频段,以此响应频段为参考基础进一步通过发动机倒拖测试以及发动机燃烧分析、角度域分析确认异响与发动机点火角相关,并进行针对性的验证,调整点火角消除该异响.

Abstract

Based on Siemens LMS test equipment and software,this paper determines the frequency band of squeak response through the analysis of the time/frequency domain signal of the"click"squeak and squeak of a self-owned four-cylinder engine,and further confirms that the squeak is related to the ignition angle of the engine through the engine backward drag test,engine combustion analysis and angle domain analysis based on this response frequency band,and carries out targeted verification to adjust the ignition angle to eliminate the squeak.
