摘要

车载氢系统作为氢燃料电池动力系统重要组成,为其提供氢气动力,直接影响氢燃料电池商用车的续航里程和成本.行业内外越来越多的人关注车载氢系统,推动相关技术进步.本文通过对燃料电池商用车车用35MPa、70MPa高压气态车载氢系统结构介绍,并根据结构进行成本测算,形成系统总成本.同时对影响车载氢系统成本的关键因素进行分析,预测规模化应用成本,对燃料电池商用车推广具有指导意义.

Abstract

As an important component of hydrogen fuel cell power system,the on-board hydrogen system provides hydrogen power,which directly affects the mileage and cost of hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles.More and more people inside and outside the industry are paying attention to on-board hydrogen systems and promoting related technological progress.In this paper,the structure of 35MPa and 70MPa high-pressure gaseous on-board hydrogen systems for fuel cell commercial vehicles is introduced,and the cost is calculated according to the structure to form the total cost of the system.At the same time,the key factors affecting the cost of on-board hydrogen system are analyzed,and the cost of large-scale application is predicted,which is of guiding significance for the promotion of fuel cell commercial vehicles.
