In the context of the era of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",higher vocational education is an important base for cultivating high-quality skilled talents,and the core literacy of teachers has become a key factor affecting the quality of education and innovation ability.The purpose of this paper is to explore the new requirements for the core literacy of higher vocational teachers in the era of double entrepreneurship,and put forward a set of systematic training paths and strategies,in order to improve the comprehensive ability of higher vocational teachers,and then promote the innovation and development of higher vocational education.This study uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case study to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current situation,problems and causes of the core literacy of higher vocational teachers,and constructs a top-down and bottom-up training path on this basis.
