As China's economy enters a new stage of high-quality development,the demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents in regional industries is growing and becoming more urgent.Taking the road and bridge major as an example,Jiangsu Province has boldly deepened the reform in the field of vocational education,and has accumulated valuable experience and successful practice in the integration of industry and education.Vocational colleges and enterprises work closely together to design courses,establish training bases,cultivate dual-teacher teachers,promote modern apprenticeship,and flexibly adjust professional settings.Through diversified cooperation models and policy support,the adaptability and pertinence of talent training have been significantly improved.From the perspective of the integration of industry and education,the article is committed to building a vocational undergraduate road and bridge major to better meet the needs of the industry.
