The purpose of this paper is to discuss the development ideas,objectives,current situation analysis,research content and practical application of the new form of textbook"Railway Engineering Drawing and CAD".The article emphasizes the concept of student-centered education,and sets teaching goals according to the actual needs of the industry.This paper analyzes the limitations of the content of the current textbooks,the incompatibility of teaching methods and textbooks,and the lack of practical links.Based on this,the content innovation of the new form of textbook is proposed,which is mainly manifested in the integration of the latest railway engineering cases,the addition of cutting-edge application of CAD technology,and the optimization of the content design and presentation form of the textbook.The implementation of the new form of teaching materials in teaching and the evaluation of students'learning effect were discussed.Through the above research,the purpose is to improve the quality and effectiveness of railway engineering drawing and CAD teaching,and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents to meet the needs of the industry.
