Liuzhou's new energy vehicle industry has achieved remarkable development in recent years, with a cumulative production volume of more than 2 million vehicles,a complete industrial chain, and active scientific research and innovation. However, the uneven distribution of charging infrastructure in rural areas has become a bottleneck for the promotion of new energy vehicles. The study focuses on the development status of the new energy vehicle industry in Liuzhou, analyzes the reasons for the lack of construction of rural charging stations, and proposes solutions. The study found that the construction and use of charging piles do not match, the construction of rural charging infrastructure is limited, and the lack of policy and infrastructure support is the main problem. It is difficult to obtain land, the power grid support capacity is weak, the payback period is long, and the management and operation problems are prominent. In order to promote the development of rural charging stations,it is proposed to scientifically formulate layout planning, encourage public-private cooperation through government-enterprise linkage, and use new technologies to improve efficiency.Through big data analysis and optimization model, the scientific and rational layout of charging stations is realized. The government-enterprise cooperation model and the application of intelligent charging technology will improve the efficiency of charging stations, meet the charging needs of electric vehicles, promote the popularization and application of new energy vehicles in rural areas, and contribute to the rural revitalization strategy.
