摘要

首先分析作用到转向节臂上的最大载荷,计算此载荷对其各截面产生的弯曲应力和剪切应力,通过第四强度理论计算产品的安全系数,评估转向节臂的安全性,然后使用有限元分析法予以复验,用台架测试、整车搭载试验的手段验证可靠性.进而推广此工作法使用至悬臂梁零部件的结构设计、分析和优化中.

Abstract

Firstly,the maximum load acting on the steering knuckle arm is analyzed,and the bending and shear stresses generated by this load on its various sections are calculated.The safety factor of the product is calculated using the fourth strength theory to evaluate the safety of the steering knuckle arm.Then,the finite element analysis method is used for retesting,and the reliability is verified through bench testing and vehicle mounted testing to further promote the use of this working method in the structural design,analysis,and optimization of cantilever beam components.
