摘要

碰撞用假人分为正面、侧面、后面以及男性、女性、儿童碰撞假人,涉及的力和力矩传感器达数十种.通过精密夹具,设计开发能够实现精确力和力矩加载并进行数据采集的试验台,编制相关自检规程,讨论不确定度影响因素,实现碰撞假人各种载荷传感器的自检.随时在本实验室即可进行碰撞假人各种传感器自检工作,不光每年节省大量的传感器检定费用,同时提高假人和传感器使用效率,提高试验数据准确性,从而提升客户满意度.

Abstract

Collision dummies are divided into front,side,back,male,female,and children's collision dummies,involving dozens of force and torque sensors.Through precision fixtures,we design and develop test benches that can achieve accurate force and torque loading and data collection,compile relevant self-test procedures,discuss the influencing factors of uncertainty,and realize the self-test of various load sensors of collision dummies.At any time,the self-test of various sensors of collision dummies can be carried out in this laboratory,which not only saves a lot of sensor verification costs every year,but also improves the efficiency of the use of dummies and sensors,improves the accuracy of test data,and thus improves customer satisfaction.
