含间隙—软冲击振动系统的动力学特性研究

摘要
文章以含间隙—软冲击振动系统为研究对象,建立该系统的Poincaré映射,通过数值模拟,分析了该系统的周期碰撞冲击特性,研究了低频下亚谐波运动(p+1)/1与 p/1之间的转迁规律,揭示了冲击约束面的刚度系数kr变化对系统运动特性的影响;研究显示:在高频时,随着激励频率的减小系统经(p+1)/1运动发生倍化分岔、擦切分岔转入混沌或长周期运动,再经历逆倍化序列等演变为 p/1运动;在低频时,运动特征为非粘滞型颤振;通过分析不同约束面上刚度系数kr的系统全局分岔图可知冲击约束面的刚度系数kr越大,系统振动特性越明显,稳定性下降.
Abstract
In this paper,the Poincaré map of the system with gap-soft shock vibration is established,the periodic collision impact characteristics of the system are analyzed through numerical simulation,the transition law between subharmonic motion and at low frequency is studied,and the influence of the stiffness coefficient change of the impact confinement surface on the motion characteristics of the system is revealed.The results show that at high frequencies,with the decrease of the excitation frequency,the system undergoes doubling bifurcation,rubbing bifurcation and turning into chaotic or long-period motion,and then undergoes an inverse doubling sequence to evolve into motion.At low frequencies,motion is characterized by non-viscous flutter.By analyzing the global bifurcation diagram of the system with stiffness coefficients on different constraint surfaces,it can be seen that the larger the stiffness coefficient of the impact constraint surface,the more obvious the vibration characteristics of the system are,and the stability decreases.
