岗位教学法在中职汽修教学中的实践

摘要
随着我国汽车保有量的不断增大,汽修岗位的缺口也随之加大.很多中职院校都开设了汽修专业课程,着力培养有知识、有技能的汽修人才.为了解决职业教育与真实职场需求之间的脱节问题,中职汽修教学开始应用岗位教学法,以岗位为依托调整课程体系和教学模式,有效提升了教学质量.基于此,文章首先介绍了岗位教学法的应用意义,然后探讨了在中职汽修教学中应用岗位教学法的具体策略,希望能够给中职院校和相关教师提供一定的启发和参考.
Abstract
With the continuous increase of automobile ownership in China,the gap of auto repair jobs is also increasing.Many secondary vocational colleges have opened professional courses in auto repair,focusing on cultivating knowledgeable and skilled auto repair talents.In order to solve the problem of disconnection between vocational education and the needs of the real workplace,the secondary vocational auto repair teaching began to apply the post teaching method,and adjusted the curriculum system and teaching mode based on the post,which effectively improved the teaching quality.Based on this,this paper first introduces the application significance of the post teaching method,and then discusses the specific strategies of applying the post teaching method in the teaching of secondary vocational auto repair,hoping to provide some inspiration and reference for secondary vocational colleges and related teachers.
