摘要
校企合作是提升城市轨道交通运营管理专业实践教学效果的重要途径.通过与企业合作,高校可根据企业的用人需求和行业标准对教学内容与方法进行针对性调整,从而培养出国家需要、企业满意的人才.因此,探讨研究基于校企合作的城市轨道交通运营管理专业实践教学体系改革措施对培养高素质高质量的城市轨道交通运营管理专业人才具有积极意义.
Abstract
School-enterprise cooperation is an important way to improve the teaching effect of urban rail transit operation management.Through cooperation with enterprises,colleges and universities can make targeted adjustments to teaching content and methods according to the employment needs of enterprises and industry standards,so as to cultivate talents that are needed by the country and satisfied by enterprises.Therefore,it is of positive significance to explore and study the reform measures of the professional practice teaching system of urban rail transit operation management based on school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate high-quality and high-quality urban rail transit operation and management professionals.
