摘要
在当前快速发展的科技和信息化背景下,高职院校课程教学面临着新的挑战和机遇.传统的教学模式往往注重理论教学,忽视了行业岗位能力需求和对学生创新能力的培养,导致学生对岗位的适应力差.文章以机械设计基础课程为例,探讨了以岗位能力为导向的课赛证融通教学的改革策略,旨在提升学生的实践能力和创新精神,增强岗位胜任力.
Abstract
Under the background of the rapid development of science and technology and informatization,the curriculum teaching of higher vocational colleges is facing new challenges and opportunities.The traditional teaching mode often focuses on theoretical teaching,ignoring the needs of industry job ability and the cultivation of students'innovation ability,resulting in students'poor adaptability to the job.Taking the basic course of mechanical design as an example,this paper discusses the reform strategy of job-oriented course-based competency-oriented course-competition certificate integration teaching,aiming to improve students'practical ability and innovative spirit,and enhance job competency.
