高校城市轨道交通类课程教学模式探究

摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,城市轨道交通行业的快速发展对专业人才的需求日益增长.文章首先对城市轨道交通行业的人才需求进行了深入分析,明确了行业对专业技能和知识结构的具体要求.接着,文章指出了现有城市轨道交通类课程教学中存在的问题,这些问题限制了学生职业能力的培养和专业素养的提升.针对这些问题,文章提出了一系列创新的教学模式,以期构建一个更加符合行业发展需求的本科教学体系.
Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization,the rapid development of urban rail transit industry has an increasing demand for professional talents.This paper first makes an in-depth analysis of the talent demand of the urban rail transit industry,and clarifies the specific requirements of the industry for professional skills and knowledge structure.Then,this paper points out the existing problems in the teaching of urban rail transit courses,which limit the cultivation of students'vocational ability and the improvement of professional quality.In view of these problems,this paper proposes a series of innovative teaching models,in order to build an undergraduate teaching system that is more in line with the development needs of the industry.
