在计算机、人工智能、先进制造等技术加持,汽车向着智能化、电动化、网联化及共享化高速发展,汽车产业与企业人才需求也发生改变,人才培养模式也随之发生变化.依托汽车制造与试验技术高水平专业群,构建学校、企业、学生、家长四方共赢学徒制保障机制,打造深度产教融合、校企融合的命运共同体,探索一种具有中国特色高层次学徒制人才培养模式,为汽车产业培育高质量、高规格新型汽车技术人才.
Abstract
With the technologies such as computers,artificial intelligence,and advanced manufacturing,automobiles are rapidly developing towards intelligence,electrification,networking,and sharing.With the demand for talent in automotive industry and enterprises changing,the talent training mode has changed accordingly.Based on the high-level professional group of automobile manufacturing and testing technology,a win-win apprenticeship guarantee mechanism for schools,enterprises,students,and parents has been established.A community with a deep integration of industry and education,and school enterprise integration has been created.Exploring a high-level apprenticeship talent training model with Chinese characteristics,which can cultivate high-quality,high specification new automotive technology talents for the automotive industry.
