摘要
针对汽车产业发展良好,研究相关专业应用型本科学生就业状态不佳的问题.在分析行业人才供需特征基础上,以学校为例分析学生就业状态,研究现象形成原因,提出促进就业和发展的相关方案.研究表明人才供需不匹配,学生就业动力不足,加上认识存在误区,是造成当下行业需求旺盛但就业水平不高的主要原因.
Abstract
In view of the good development of the automobile industry,the problem of poor employment status of applied undergraduate students in related majors is studied.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of talent supply and demand in the industry,this paper takes schools as an example to analyze the employment status of students,examines the causes of the phenomenon and proposes relevant programs to promote employment and development.The study shows that the mismatch between the supply and demand of talents,the insufficient motivation of students'employment,together with the existence of misunderstanding are the main reasons for the current strong demand but the low employment level.
