摘要
针对现代职业教育课程现状,文章聚焦于"岗课赛证"背景下的教学改革.以《动力电池与管理系统检修》课程为例,将工作岗位、课程体系、职业技能大赛与职业技能等级证书有机结合,从重构教学内容、优化教学实施过程和建立全过程、多元化可评可测的评价体系等三个方面进行改革.旨在培养具备扎实理论基础和实践能力的高素质技能人才,为动力电池行业输送优秀人才,促进产业发展.
Abstract
In view of the current situation of modern vocational education curriculum,this paper focuses on the teaching reform under the background of"post course certificate".Taking the course of"Power Battery and Management System Overhaul"as an example,the job position,curriculum system,vocational skills competition and vocational skill level certificate are organically combined,and the reform is carried out from three aspects:reconstructing the teaching content,optimizing the teaching implementation process and establishing the whole process,and a diversified and measurable evaluation system.It aims to cultivate high-quality skilled talents with a solid theoretical foundation and practical ability,provide outstanding talents for the power battery industry,and promote industrial development.
