Abstract
This paper illustrates how to systematically use innovative investigation methods to avoid the risk of abnormal sound of sheet metal in the body design process through specific practical cases in detail,so as to reduce the cost of later set changes,reduce or even eliminate the after-sales problems and market complaints caused by such abnormal sound.
