摘要
现代汽车生产中重卡装配工艺要求不断提升,特别是新产品的研发与装配周期往往较长,采用虚拟分析技术,可以优化装配工艺,缩短新产品的研发周期,提高汽车企业的生产效率.虚拟分析作为重卡产品开发中的重要环节,能够降低新产品在实际设计装配过程中的风险,缩短产品开发周期,对汽车企业的发展具有重要意义与价值.文章对虚拟分析技术概念及类别进行阐述,指出虚拟分析技术建模方法与应用现状,分析了虚拟分析技术在重卡装配中应用优势,对于虚拟分析技术在重卡装配工艺中具体运用流程及需要注意的事项.
Abstract
The assembly process requirements of heavy trucks in modern automobile production are constantly improving.The R&D and assembly cycle of new products is often long,and the use of virtual analysis technology can optimize the assembly process,shorten the R&D cycle of new products,and improve the production efficiency of automobile enterprises.As an important part of the development of heavy truck products,virtual analysis can reduce the risk of new products in the actual design and assembly process,shorten the product development cycle,and is of great significance and value to the development of automobile enterprises.This paper expounds the concept and category of virtual analysis technology,points out the modeling methods and application status of virtual analysis technology,analyzes the application advantages of virtual analysis technology in heavy truck assembly,and analyzes the specific application process and matters that need attention for virtual analysis technology in heavy truck assembly process.
