悬架系统是汽车的重要组成部分,其性能对汽车行驶平顺性,操纵稳定性和安全性都有着重要的影响.悬架承受和传递载荷,工况复杂,正确的装配是悬架系统工作的前提.文章以商用车钢板弹簧悬架为对象,结合企业生产实践,探讨悬架装配工序划分、装配工装、装配工艺过程、装配质量管理等内容.
Abstract
The suspension system is an important part of the automobile,and its performance has an important impact on the driving smoothness,handling stability and safety of the car.The suspension bears and transmits loads,the working conditions are complex,and the correct assembly is the premise of the suspension system work.This paper takes the leaf spring suspension of commercial vehicles as the object,combined with the production practice of enterprises,and discusses the division of suspension assembly process,assembly tooling,assembly process,assembly quality management,etc.
