摘要
文章以A公司智能座舱开发体系为研究对象,首先梳理A公司智能座舱开发流程体系存在的问题;然后分析国内优秀企业开放式创新的成功实践,寻找可供A公司参考借鉴的经验;最后构思优化A公司智能座舱开放式创新的开发体系方案.通过该方案,帮助A公司智能座舱获得创新突破,加强市场竞争力.文章研究对国内智能座舱的发展有着指导意义,同时开拓开放式创新的实践范围,为开放式创新理论研究提供宝贵案例.
Abstract
This paper takes the Intelligent Cockpit Development System of a Company as the research object.It first clarifies the problems in the development system of intelligent Cockpit of the company;Then the paper analyzes the successful practice of open innovation of domestic excellent enterprises,and looks for the experience that can be used for reference by A Company;Finally,the development system plan for optimizing the open innovation of A Company's intelligent cockpit is conceived.Through this plan,it helps A Company's intelligent cockpit achieve innovative breakthroughs and strengthen market competitiveness.The research in this paper has guiding significance for the development of domestic intelligent cockpit,and at the same time,it expands the practice scope of open innovation,providing valuable cases for the theoretical research of open innovation.
