文章讲述了变速器齿轮束焊焊缝尺寸、形状要求,介绍了齿轮束焊加工中常见的焊接缺陷及相应防治措施,并结合焊接失效实例分析等方面进行了分析研究,总结了齿轮与结合齿焊接结构主要参数设计优选原则,为后续设计齿轮与结合齿焊接结构以及解决类似焊接失效问题提供了改进方向.
Abstract
This paper describes the size shape requirements of transmission gear bundle welding,introduces the common welding defects and corresponding prevention and control measures in gear bundle welding,and analyzes and studies the main parameters of gear and joint tooth welding structure in combination with the analysis of welding failure examples,and summarizes the optimization principle of the design of the main parameters of gear and joint tooth welding structure,which provides an improvement direction for the subsequent design of gear and joint tooth welding structure and the solution of similar welding failure problems.
