摘要
文章通过结合电动充电口盖从产品定义到设计开发过程,使用场景+技术形式通过用户地图分析顾客使用场景,解决用户痛点,提升顾客体验机会点.又通过QFD详细对照分析,将顾客需求准确转化成产品开发特性及技术参数,且在产品开发过程中系统选型、造型可研、详细设计、产品验证等环节进行落实形成端到端的开发闭环.
Abstract
This paper analyzes customer usage scenarios through user maps in the form of user maps by combining the product definition to the design and development process of electric charging port covers,solves user pain points,and improves customer experience opportunities.Through the detailed comparison analysis of QFD,the customer needs are accurately transformed into product development characteristics and technical parameters,and the system selection,modeling feasibility study,detailed design,product verification and other links are implemented in the product development process to form an end-to-end development closed loop.
