摘要
为科学评价铁路客运站的运营安全,提升安全管理水平,保障旅客出行安全,促进铁路运输行业可持续发展.分析人员、设备、环境、管理四个因素对铁路客运站运营安全的影响,构建多层次评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价模型,对西北地区某铁路客运站的运营安全进行实例分析.结果表明:该站的总体风险等级为中等风险,存在一定安全隐患,需对风险因素进行管控.
Abstract
To scientifically evaluate the operational safety of railway passenger stations,improve safety management level,ensure passenger travel safety,and promote sustainable development of the railway transportation industry,this paper analyzes the impact of personnel,equipment,environment and management on the operation safety of a railway passenger station,constructs a multi-level evaluation index system,and uses a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to analyze the operation safety of a railway passenger station in Northwest China.The results indicate that the overall risk level of the station is moderate,with certain safety hazards that need to be controlled for risk factors.
