Integration of Industry and Education and Digital Talent Training:Innovative Practices and Strategies in the Context of Liuzhou's New Energy Vehicle Industry
With the transformation of the global automotive industry to new energy vehicles,Liuzhou,as an important base for the development of new energy vehicles in China,has an increasingly urgent need for industrial digital transformation.Based on the background of the city-wide industry-education consortium,this paper discusses the current situation and challenges of the new energy vehicle industry in Liuzhou in the connection between digital technology courses and vocational education,and puts forward relevant innovative practices and strategies.By combing the current research status at home and abroad,combined with the development needs of the new energy vehicle industry in Liuzhou,this paper proposes countermeasures such as optimizing the vocational education curriculum system and deepening the integration of industry and education,in order to provide effective digital talent support for regional economic development and industrial transformation.
