摘要

为了培养智能网联新能源汽车制造类专业领域高质量的现场工程师,结合工作实际,基于一般系统论从创新校企协同育人机制、签订联合培养协议、校企联合研制人才培养方案、开发课程教学资源、制定考试招生办法、制定双导师管理制度等六个方面进行了探索,实践证明落实好上述举措能够培养出满足智能网联新能源汽车装配、调试、检验、运维、服务等岗位需求的优秀现场工程师.

Abstract

In order to cultivate high-quality on-site engineers in the professional field of intelligent networked new energy vehicle manufacturing,combined with the actual work,based on the general system theory,from the innovation of school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism,the study explores the signing of joint training agreements,the joint development of talent training programs between schools and enterprises,the development of curriculum teaching resources,the formulation of examination enrollment methods,and the development of dual tutor management system.The practice has proved that the implementation of the above measures can cultivate a good meeting of the intelligent networked new energy vehicle assembly,commissioning,inspection,operation and maintenance,which needs excellent on-site engineer for service and other job requirements.
