摘要

现如今,汽车产业逐渐步入智能化行列,开始朝着网络化方向快速转型,智能网联汽车发展前景越来越好,为了强化行业发展实力,应针对性培养更多优质的技术人才.本文主要围绕智能网联汽车的应用型人才培养展开,基于理论虚拟实体的一体化理念,实现"理-虚-实"模式的解析,探讨技术专业人才培养的状况,分析培养优质的汽车技术人才的路径.

Abstract

Nowadays,the automobile industry has gradually entered the ranks of intelligence,and has begun to rapidly transform in the direction of networking,and the development prospects of intelligent networked vehicles are getting better and better.This paper mainly focuses on the cultivation of application-oriented talents for intelligent networked vehicles.Based on the integration concept of theoretical virtual entities,the study realizes the analysis of the"rational-virtual-real"model,discusses the situation of the training of technical professionals,and analyzes the path of cultivating high-quality automotive technical talents.
