摘要
本文通过走访调研中国二手车市场,了解中国互联网业态下新能源二手车市场发展现状,对新能源二手车鉴定评估创新型人才与营销创新型人才的需求现状进行研究,分析其人才需求特征,总结互联网业态下岗位对创新型人才从新能源二手车的线上线下鉴定技能、线上线下评估技能、数据分析能力、运营技能、销售技能的复合型要求.进而构建新能源二手车鉴定评估与营销的创新型复合型人才的职业能力模型,为相关专业的职业教育机构及新能源二手车相关企业的人才培养及储备提供依据.
Abstract
This paper investigates China's second-hand car market to understand the development status of China's new energy second-hand car market under the Internet format,studies the demand status of innovative talents and marketing innovative talents in the appraisal and evaluation of new energy second-hand cars,analyzes the characteristics of their talent demand,and summarizes the compound requirements of innovative talents in the Internet industry from the online and offline identification skills,online and offline evaluation skills,data analysis capabilities,operation skills,and sales skills of new energy second-hand cars.Furthermore,the vocational ability model of innovative compound talents for the identification,evaluation and marketing of new energy used cars is constructed,which provides a basis for the talent training and reserve of vocational education institutions of related majors and new energy used car related enterprises.
