In the context of new engineering,it is very important to cultivate electrical professional field engineer talents.With the rapid development of technology,there is a growing demand for highly qualified field engineers in the power industry.This study first analyzes the talent needs in the context of new engineering and clarifies the importance of field engineers with solid professional knowledge,practical ability and innovative spirit.Then,a series of training measures were formulated,including optimizing the curriculum,strengthening practical teaching,and promoting industry-university-research cooperation.At the same time,a clear training standard and evaluation system have been formulated to ensure the quality of talent training.Through practical research,the effectiveness of the training system is verified,which provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for the training of electrical professional field engineer talents,helps the sustainable development of the power industry,and meets the new requirements for power talents in the new era.
