摘要

随着新能源汽车产业的快速发展,对专业人才的需求日益迫切,要求教育体系必须紧跟产业变革与技术创新的步伐.本文在综合育人视域下聚焦《新能源汽车整车控制技术》课程体系的优化与教学模式的创新.文章首先阐述了课程体系优化与教学模式创新的必要性.在此基础上提出了深化理论基础、精细化模块化课程内容、跨学科知识融合以及注重职业素养培育的课程体系优化策略.同时,探索了教学模式的创新路径,主要有翻转课堂、项目式学习、仿真技术应用及产学研结合等,旨在为新能源汽车领域的人才培养提供有益参考,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的有效衔接.

Abstract

With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry,the demand for professionals is becoming more and more urgent,and the education system must keep up with the pace of industrial transformation and technological innovation.This paper focuses on the optimization of the curriculum system and the innovation of the teaching mode of"Vehicle Control Technology of New Energy Vehicles"from the perspective of comprehensive education.This paper first expoun ds the necessity of curriculum system optimization and teaching mode innovation.On this basis,the optimization strategies of the curriculum system are proposed,which deepens the theoretical foundation,refines the modular curriculum content,integrates interdisciplinary knowledge,and focuses on the cultivation of professional quality.At the same time,the innovative path of teaching mode is explored,mainly including flipped classroom,project-based learning,simulation technology application and industry-university-research combination,etc,aiming to provide a useful reference for talent training in the field of new energy vehicles,and promote the effective connection between the education chain,talent chain,industrial chain and innovation chain.
