With the increasing expansion of the pure electric vehicle market,the post-collision safety has become one of the key factors restricting the development of the industry.This study focuses on the safe power-off control technology of pure electric vehicles after collision,and systematically explores the role of power-off control strategies in preventing battery short circuits,fires and other dangerous situations through a combination of simulated crash experiments and data analysis.The experimental results show that the designed power-off control strategy can quickly cut off the battery power supply after the collision,significantly reduce the risk of safety accidents,and improve the safety of pure electric vehicles.Further data analysis reveals the influence of energy absorption and transfer characteristics in the collision process on the power failure control effect,which provides a scientific basis for strategy optimization.At the same time,the study also points out the current limitations,such as the limitations of experimental conditions and the influence of model differences,which provides enlightenment for future research directions.
