Abnormal sound is a common problem of steering system,which is mainly caused by unreasonable design and non-conforming manufacturing process.The purpose of this paper is to analyze and optimize the cause of abnormal sound caused by non-conforming process in the production process,so as to solve the problem of abnormal sound.
